摘要
以^(99m)Tc-ECD、^(99m)Tc-(d,1)HM-PAO的放化纯度测定为例,利用ECT动态采集方法对显像剂的薄层层析进行动态观察,建立一种在5min内测定显像剂放化纯度的快速测定法,为临床上显像剂的质量控制提供一种有效、实用的快速测定法。
A rapid method for the measurement of radiopurity of imaging agents in five minutes was estabished. The thin layer chromatography of imaging agent is examined by dynamic acquisition of SPECT which provides a effective, useful and rapid method for the quality control of imaging agents in clinical practice.
