摘要
:建立了甲氧苄啶注射液及颗粒剂含量的 HPL C测定法。以 Inertsil ODS- 3为固定相 ,0 .14%高氯酸钠溶液 -甲醇 (70∶ 30 ,用磷酸调节 p H至 3.6 )为流动相 ,检测波长为 2 80 nm。注射液和颗粒剂的平均回收率分别为 10 1.5 %(RSD 0 .2 3% )和 99.3% (RSD 0 .12 % ) ,浓度 2 0～ 2 0 0μg/ m l范围内线性关系良好 ,相关系数为 0 .
A HPLC method for determination of trimethoprim in injection and granules was deve loped, using an inertsil ODS 3 column, with the mobile phase of methanol and 0.14% sodium perchlorate solution (30∶70, adjusted to pH3.6 with phosphoric acid), at the detection wavelength of 280 nm. The average recoveries of injection and granules were 101.5%, with RSD 0.23% and 99.3%, with RSD 0.12%, respectively. The calibration curve had good linearity in the range of 20~200 μg/ml, and the correlation coefficient was 0.9999.
