摘要
探讨眼后段球内异物 B型超声图像特征与手术方式。方法 :回顾分析 48例 ( 48眼 )眼后段球内异物 B型超声图像 ,并采用玻璃体切割术联合异物摘除。结果 :根据 B型超声图像特征分四型 ,异物摘除率为 97.9%。结论 :B超诊断眼后段球内异物快速、简便、无创伤、可重复。
To evaluate the B scan ultrasound image characteristics of intraocular foreign body(FB).Methods:The B scan ultrasound image characteristics of intraocular FB were analysed,the vitrectomy and the surgical removal of FB were performed in 48 patient.Results:According to the B scan ultrasound image characteristics of intraocular FB,four types are classified.The rate of the surgical removal of FB is 97 9%.Conclusions:The B scan ultrasound for diagnosis of intraocular FB is fast,simple ,atrauma,repeated.It is very significant to select the operation and judge the prognosis.
