视网膜色素上皮细胞凋亡相关疾病的治疗现状及展望 被引量：2

摘要 细胞凋亡是生理或病条件下的一种由遗传基因控制的细胞主动死亡形式 ,对维持机体的正常发育以及内环境的稳定起重要作用。细胞凋亡平衡的破坏可导致多种疾病的发生发展。现介绍基因治疗、细胞因子或生长因子、视网膜移植对视网膜色素上皮 (retinal pigmentepithelial,RPE)
