摘要
目的 :观察以六味地黄汤加减 ,结合小剂量肾上腺皮质激素 ,治疗自身免疫性肝炎的临床疗效。方法 :将 6 0例自身免疫性肝炎患者随机分为治疗组 30例和对照组 30例。治疗组和对照组同时应用甲基强的松龙 ,治疗组在应用激素的同时加服六味地黄汤为主的中药汤剂 ,每日一帖。两组疗程均为 8周。结果 :治疗组的症状体征、肝功能、免疫功能的改善 ,明显优于对照组。结论 :六味地黄汤结合小剂量肾上腺皮质激素 ,治疗自身免疫性肝炎疗效较好 。
Objective:To investigate the clinical effect of Six Ingredient Rehmanuia Decoction variation and cortial hormone for autoimmune hepatitis. Methods: 60 patients with autoimmune hepatitis were divided into two groups: the treatment grouup(30 cases) and control group(30 cases). Both the treatment group and control group were given methyl prednisolone. The treatment group was treated with hormone with the additon of Six Ingredient Rehmanuia Decoction, etc., one packet a day. The treatment courses of two groups were all 8 weeks. Results: The treatment group was superior to the control group in symptom, liver function and improvement of immune function. Conclusion: Six Ingredient Rehmanuia Decoction and a small dose of cortical hormone is effective for autoimmune hepatitis. No side effect is observed.
