摘要
目的 探讨和寻求角膜穿通伤修复、前房异物取出及前房内出血清除术的最佳方法。方法 术中使用粘弹剂。结果 手术反应轻 ,副损伤小 ,效果好。最大限度保护了眼组织。粘弹剂抑制出血和止血作用得到进一步证实。结论 角膜穿通伤修复术中使用粘弹剂可提高手术疗效 。
Objective To explore perfect methods in the operation of repairing perforation of cornea and taking foreign bodies from anterior chamber and clear hyphema Methods Gluey healon are used in practice of operation Results Less tissue damage and good effect were achieved The characters of gluey healon,which can obstruct and prevent hemorrhage,were verified Conclusion Using gluey healon in operation of repairing perforation of cornea, high therapeutic effectiveness can be achieved and vision can be protected
