摘要
对结扎后行输卵管吻合的 6 2 3例进行临床分析。结果显示 ,显微技术的应用与术后成功率密切相关 ,术中、术后辅助治疗对提高术后妊娠率有重要意义 ,而年龄、结扎部位、结扎后时间及输卵管粘膜有无病理改变等并不是主要影响因素。提示复通术中应用显微技术 ,并改进手术技巧 ,可提高输卵管吻合术后成功率。
cases who underwent past tubal ligation anastomosis was analysed The result indicated that the reversibility rate was closely related to the microsurgical technique.During surgery or postoperation,auxiliary treatments are important.Age,the site of tubal anastomosis,the duration from tubal ligation to anastomosis and the changes of tubal mucosa were not relative main influential factors It suggests that using microsurgical technique in tubal anastomosis and improving operative technique will increase the repregnant rate after reconstruction
