糖蛋白是由寡糖和多肽链共价修饰连接而形成的一类重要生理活性物质 ,它广泛存在于细胞膜、细胞间质、血浆以及粘液中。糖蛋白中的糖链在维持蛋白质稳定、抵抗蛋白酶水解、防止抗体识别及参与肽链在内质网的拆叠启动等方面发挥着重要作用 ,具有开关和调谐功能、激素功能、胞内转运功能、保护和促进物质吸收、参与血液凝固与细胞识别等 ,对于增殖的调控、受精、发生、分化以及免疫等生命现象 。
Glycoprotein is a kind of important physiological active substance that is formed from the colvalence modification connection of oligose and polypeptide chain.it exists generally in cell memberance,intercellular substance、blood plasma and inucilage.The Golycoside of Glycoprotein plays an important roll in maintaining the stability of protein,resisting hydrolysis of proteinase,and preventing antibody from recogniaing and participating the folding promotion of peptidebond in endoplasmic reticulum,and so on.It still has on off and modulating function,hormone function and intracellular rotation function.It can protect and promote the absorption of substances and participate blood coagulation and the recognition of cells,and so on.It is also important in such vital phenomennas as the control of proliferation,fertilization genesis,differentiation and immunity and so on.
