摘要
空洞和间隙环的形成,是辐照过程中材料微观结构演变的基本问题。本文给出了间隙环形成的Fokker-Planck方程解。该解表征了辐照过程中不同尺寸的间隙环随时间形成的主要特征。对于316不锈钢,计算值与实验值一致。该方法能快速,精确地算出高剂量下的大尺寸间隙环浓度。
The development of voids and interstitial loops are the basic aspects of the microstructure changes of the material under irradiation. This paper gives the solution to the Fokker-Planck equation describing the evolution of the interstitial loops. The solution reveal the features of the loop growth versus size and time under irradiation.As to 316 stainless steel, the calculated values are in accordance with the experimental results.It can rapidly work out the concentrations of the large size loops under high dose.
