短期电力交易中机组竞争指标体系的研究 被引量:2

摘要 在电力市场中 ,机组本身的技术与经济参数和市场的负荷水平共同决定了该机组在购电计划中市场份额 ,其份额大小体现了机组竞争能力的差别。结合实际工程实践 ,对机组的常用竞价指标进行了分析 ,提出了反映供求双方的无约束竞价指标 ,并在此基础上建立了一种公正合理的机组竞争指标体系。该竞争指标体系可用于改善短期购电计划的机组组合算法、人工安排交易计划、实时调度。算例表明 ,提出的综合竞争指标可以公正地评价机组竞争能力 ,为交易计划的优化提供了较好的初值 。 The energy generated by the unit for electricity market depends on its competition ability,which is decided by its technical and economic parameters,and system load.Based on the engineering practice,the common index of competition ability for generator unit is analyzed.The non constrained price index is given,which reflects both sides of trade,and based on it,a new fair and rational index system for generator unit competition is proposed.It can be used for improving the unit commitment algorithm of short term purchase scheduling,manual trading plan and real time dispatch.The calculation example shows that the proposed comprehensive index can fairly evaluate the competition ability of generator unit and provide a better initial solution for trading plan optimization,resulting in a higher calculation speed and accuracy.
