摘要
针对近几年华中电网大量出现弃水的问题 ,根据华中电网 4省火电的特点 ,建模测算了华中电网弃水电量与弃水电价水平 ,结果表明 ,实行弃水电价政策有着巨大的经济效益和社会效益 ,不但在技术上是可行的 ,而且可以给各参与方带来巨大收益 ,完全有条件也有必要在华中电网尽早实行弃水电价政策。
To make the best use of the spill water in Central China Power Net, the amount and price of spill electricity in Central China Power Net are modeled. According to the actual conditions of each province power grid, the simulated calculation and case study are done. In conclusion, there are considerable economic benefit and social benefit if the spill electricity price is carried out. It is not only practicable but also reasonable to carry out spill electricity price.
