摘要
通过对不同刚玉 -Si粉组成的试样在不同温度下氮化结果的分析 ,研究了烧结温度及组成对 β Sialon结合刚玉材料强度、热震稳定性及抗氧化性的影响 ,指出提高烧结温度可以显著提高高温强度 ,适中的Si粉含量 ( 6%~ 9% )才能兼顾到好的热震稳定性。
The Si-corundum samples with various composition,nitriding sintered at different temperatures were investigated.Meanwhile,the influences of sintering temperature and composition on the strength,the oxidation resistance and the thermal shock resistance of the β[WTXFZ] Sialon bonded corundum were studied. It was pointed out that higher sintering temperature resulted in remarkable high strength and the moderate Si powder content can achieve both high strength and excellent oxidation and thermal shock resistance.
