摘要
采用塑料级聚丙烯切片与远红外母粒共混改性造粒,制咸高熔融指数的远红外高速纺专用料进行纺丝。对远红外细旦丙纶POY工艺条件及参数进行了分析探讨。讨论了远红外专用料以及干燥条件、组件、过滤器等纺丝工艺参数对POY可纺性的影响,确定了远红外细旦丙纶高速纺丝最佳工艺参数。
By blending Plastic grade PP chips and far-infrared matrices, the far-infrared special raw material with high melt index was prepared for high speed spinning. The influence of the spinning process parameters such as far-infrared special raw material 、desiccation condition、spinnerette、filter etc on spinnalbility of PP POY production were analyzed. The optimal technological parameters for far-infrared fine denier PP POY were determined.
