摘要
通过循环洗涤方法评价洗涤剂的二次去污能力。在洗涤剂中加入抗再沉积剂能够明显地提高产品的洗涤效果 ,有效地阻止积垢的产生 ,防止破坏织物色泽。聚羧酸盐Acuso14 4 5N是性能非常优秀的抗再沉积剂 ,在含磷洗涤剂中使用Acuso14 4 5N经过二十次循环洗涤后 ,可使白度保持率提高 10 % ,在无磷洗涤剂中使织物白度值保持在 93 %以上 ,灰分沉积量减少
The detergency of some powdered laundry detergents and been evaluated by the results of the related recycle washings.The addition of antiredeposition agent added into the detergent can effectively improve the detergenency,and can effectively prevent the soil redeposition and protect fabric colour.Polycarboxylic salt such as Acusol 445N is a good antideposition agent.The whiteness maintenance ratio of the fabric after 20 times recycle washings using a phosphate laundry detergent formulated with Acusol 445N has a 10 % rise,while using a non-phosphate laundry detergent formulated with Acuso1 445N the whiteness maintenance ratio of hte fabric is up to 93 % and the amount of the ash deposited on the fabric has a 50 % reduction.
