摘要
筛选了氯乙酸与乙醇酯化制备氯乙酸乙酯的催化剂和带水剂 ,并得出了酯化反应的最佳条件 :醇酸比为 3∶1(0 3mol∶0 1mol)、0 5g磷钼酸为催化剂、15ml环己烷为带水剂 ,回流反应 90min ,产率可达 93%。
The esterification of chloroacetic acid and ethanol is studied. The proper catalyst and water carrying agent were selected. It has been indicated by results of experiment that proper mole ratio of alcohol to acid is 3∶1(0 3 mol∶0 1 mol), appropriate use level of catalyst phospho molybdic acid is 0 5 g., cyclohexane is suitable water carrying agent which the optimum use level is 15 ml, reaction 90 min in a state of reflux. The maximum yield of ester is 93%.
