摘要
报道了一种由HCFC 133a与AHF经气相催化氟化制备HFC 134a的CrF3 基催化剂。研究了催化剂前驱体的热行为 ,催化剂的晶相以及催化剂的氟化度 ,比表面积 ,孔容对催化活性的影响。研究结果表明 ,前驱体中添加微量元素可以提高其热稳定性 ,CrF3 基催化剂的活性相以非晶态存在 ,随着催化剂氟化度的提高 ,比表面积及孔容的增大 ,催化剂的活性提高。
A kind of CrF 3 based catalyst for HHFC 134a preparation by reacting HFC 133a with AHF via vapor phase fluorination is reported. The thermal action of the precursor and the crystal structure of the catalyst were studied. The effects of fluorination ratio、 specific surface area and pore volume of the catalysts on their activities were demonstrated. It had been showed by the results that small amount of other elements in the precursors can promote the thermal stability; the active phase of CrF 3 based catalyst is amorphous; the activity of the catalyst is improved with crease in the fluorination ratio、 specific surface area and pore volume.
