摘要
用扫描电镜SEM和X射线能量散布分析EDAX技术研究了聚钛硅氧烷 (PTS)与铝、铁基材界面 ,结果发现了PTS与铝界面有良好的结合 ,该结合机理被认为是铝氧化物与PTS产生化学反应 ,形成互渗层的结果 ,随热处理温度提高互渗层厚度增加 ;与上述结果相反 ,PTS与铁基材界面没有明显的化学结合 。
The interface between Polytitanosiloxane Gel and Al or Fe base plate had been investigated with the SEM and EDAX technique. The results show that the interface between PTS and Al plate has excellent adhesion. The adhesion mechanism is that the interpenetrating layer in the interface is formed due to the chemical interaction between Aluminum and PTS, and the thickness of the interpenetrating layer increases with the heat treating temperature; In contradiction to the above results, the interface between PTS and Fe plate has less strong chemical adherence, and the interface defects increase with the heat treating temperature.
