摘要
介绍一种既适用于啤酒瓶封口标签粘接 ,又适用于商标标签粘接的多功能胶粘剂生产工艺。该产品以干酪素和玉米淀粉为主成分配以分散剂、螯合剂制备而成 ,其初粘度大 ,稳定性好 ,可替代进口产品 ,经在30 0kt·a-1啤酒包装生产线上应用半年 ,效果良好。
A new kind of multifunctional label adhesive, which is suitable for adhering metal label as well as paper label to beer bottle,and its produce method are presented.This kind of adhesive has a good primary adhesion and stability,and been successtully used in the produce lines of labeling for beer bottle of 300kt·a -1 for half a year,which shows it can substitute for the import products thoroughly.
