摘要
用钛酸酯和硅烷偶联剂KH - 5 5 0合成了一种TH偶联剂。研究了偶联剂、活性高分子材料、促进剂和填料的种类和加入量对双组分硅橡胶性能的影响。结果表明 ,TH偶联剂比KH - 5 5 0改性效果好。端羟基聚氨酯预聚物 ,10 6硅橡胶和TH偶联剂共同对 10 7硅橡胶进行改性 ,可明显提高其粘接强度。例如 ,对铝的剪切强度可由 1MPa左右提高至 4MPa以上。
One kind of TH coupling agent has been developed.The effect of this coupling agent,active macromolecular materials,accelerant and fillings on the properties of silicone rubber have been investigated.The result reveals that TH coupling agent together with macromolecular can enhance the adhesion of room temperature vulcanized two compononents silicone rubber to aluminum.
