摘要
应用电化学方法研究了在不同的酸度条件下 ,钼酸钠对钢铁磷化过程的影响。实验结果表明 ,磷化液中添加钼酸钠对钢铁材料的磷化过程和耐蚀性具有独特的作用。酸度及钼酸钠的浓度对磷化过程影响较大。所形成的膜并非完整的磷化膜 ,而是磷化与钝化的混合膜。
The influence of sodium molybdenum on normal temperature phosphatizing for A 33 steel under different acidic value was studied by electrochemical methods.The experimental results showed that sodium molybdenum had distinctive effect on normal temperature phosphatizing and its corrosion resistance,and considerably affected the dynamic behavior of phosphtizing.Acidic value and the concentration of the sodium molybednum greatly influenced the process of phosphatizing.The film formed on steel surface was not completely phosphating flim,but phosphatizing passiving film.The influence of sodium molybdenum on the phosphatizing dynamic behaviors was discussed too.
