摘要
对二氧化碳气体保护焊镀铜焊丝进行了缓蚀处理试验。试验研究了BTA浓度 ,缓蚀处理时间及复合缓蚀剂对镀铜焊丝质量的影响 。
In this paper, the inhibition treatment of the copper plating wire used in CO 2 gas shielded arc welding is dealed with.The factors affecting the quality of the copper plating wires such as the density of BTA,the lasting time of the inhibition treatment and the preparation of the composite corrosion inhibitor are studied.The best process is proposed too.
