摘要
实验测定了PVC树脂的吸湿曲线及在多种空气条件下的平衡水含量 ,结果表明 :PVC树脂含水量越低 ,其吸湿速率越快 ;在空气相对湿度较宽的条件下 ,PVC树脂的平衡水含量均低于 0 .3%。在此基础上 ,分析得到了PVC干燥装置较为合理的产品含水量控制值以 0 .2 5
The curve of moisture and equilibrium water content of polyvinyl chloride resin under several conditions are obtained through experiments.It is found that the lower content of water,the higher rate of moisture absorption,and that in a large range of relative humidity ,the equilibrium water content of PVC resin is less than 0.3%.Based on this study,moisture content of PVC out of dryer should be 0.25%,which is more resonable.
