摘要
本文采用对氨基酚、苯酚和甲醛为原料合成了一种新型的苯并 噁嗪中间体。运用FTIR和1H -NMR对中间体结构进行了表征。并采用1H -NMR方法研究了反应条件对中间体结构的影响 ,结果表明在 70~ 90℃下反应 1~ 2h有利于形成 噁嗪环。同时 ,对该中间体的固化反应进行了研究 ,表明该中间体具有较高的反应活性 ,并能够促进苯并 噁嗪树脂的固化反应进行。
s A novel kind of benzoxazine precursors was synthesized from p aminophenol,phenol and formaldehyde,and characterized by FTIR and 1H-NMR.The relation of reaction conditions to APPF precursors′ structure was studied by 1H-NMR,and the results showed that the reaction time of 1~2h gave more oxazine rings.The curing reactivity of the precursors was also studied.It was found that the precursors were highly reactive and could accelerat the curing reaction of benzoxazines.
