摘要
利用化学接枝法对线性低密度聚乙烯 (LLDPE)进行接枝改性 ,研究发现适量接枝物的加入 ,明显改善了材料的PTC性能 ,使PTC强度提高了一个数量级 ,而NTC性能基本不变 ,通过对比研究发现乙烯 醋酸乙烯酯共聚物 (EVA)对高分子LLDPE/CB体系的PTC强度也有一定的改善作用 ,但不如接枝物。极性化学接枝物更有利于炭黑在LLDPE中均匀分散 。
s The chemical grafting of LLDPE was studied.Experiments showed that the PTC property of LLCDPE/CB composity mixed with suitable LLDPE grafted butylacrylate (BA) was improved,and the PTC intensity increased 10 times,however the NTC intensity was hardly alike.the modifying effects of EVA was less than that of LLDPE grafted BA.The polar LLDPE grafted BA was propitious to the disperse of CB in polymer PTC composite,so the stability of polymer PTC compoite was better.
