摘要
以三氯氧磷 ,季戊四醇和三聚氰胺为原料合成了一种新型含氮、磷和氯的阻燃剂 :季戊四醇双磷酸酯二磷酰氯缩三聚氰胺。并研究了反应物配比 ,反应温度 ,反应时间 ,以及其它因素对产品收率的影响。结果发现适宜条件为 :第一步反应 :三氯氧磷 /季戊四醇摩尔比为 2 .1∶1,反应温度为 5 0℃ ,时间为 6h。第二步反应 :三聚氰胺为氮源 ,三乙胺为缚酸剂 ,反应温度 40℃ ,时间 10h ,产品收率 86 .6 %。
s A new type of flame retardant pentaerythritol diphosphonate dichloride of melamine was synthesized from pentaerythritol,phosphorus oxychloride and melamine.The effects of molar ratio,reaction temperature and time,and other factors of the reaction on the product yield were studied,and the optimal condition was obtained.The results showed in the first step of reactin the molar ratio of phosphorus oxychloride to pentaerytritol was 2.1∶1,reaction temperature 50℃,reaction time about 6h,and in the second step melamine was used as nitrogenous resource,triethylamine as acid absorbing agent,reaction temperature 40℃,reaction time 10h.The yield was 86.6%.Nitrogen and phosphorus content were 23.26% and 16.8% respectively.
