摘要
研究低门尼粘度、非污染型丁腈橡胶在薄型曲面海绵胶料中的应用。通过不同的配方设计 ,提高了胶料的耐热性能和工艺性能 ,同时赋予胶料较高的发泡活性和较低的视密度 ,达到了设计要求。
Application of low Mooney viscosity,non pollution type NBR to thin camber sponge rubber was studied.The heat resistance and processing property of NBR was improved by variety formula design.Meanwhile the compound with higher foaming activity and lower bulk density met the design requestment.
