摘要
研究了N ,N -间苯撑双马来酰亚胺 (MPBM)对ACM橡胶力学性能、热空气老化性能以及耐热油性能的影响。结果表明 :随着MPBM用量增大 ,ACM硫化胶的 1 0 0 %定伸应力和硬度增大 ,拉伸强度有所提高 ,拉断伸长率下降 ,表观交联密度增大 ,热空气老化性能以及耐热油性能仍可保持较高水平。
The influences of MPBM on air aging property and thermal oil resistance as well as mechanical property of ACM were studied.The results showed that with the amount of MPBM increased,modulus at 100%,Shore A hardness,tensile strength and apparent crosslinking density Vr of ACM vulcanizates improved and its elongation at break decreased.The air aging property and the therma oil resistance of ACM vulcanizates could still maintain high level.
