摘要
经络诊断是中医经络理论与现代电子技术相结合的一种中医诊断新方法。本研究以经穴电位为被测指标研制的检测系统,较好地解决了皮肤电位检测和多通道同步快速测量等问题,其性能稳定,工作可靠,检测准确度高,并建立了经穴电位检测的基本方法,给出了临床应用的初步结果。本方法及相应检测系统为中医临床诊断及疗效观察提供了一种客观手段。
Diagnosis through the Channels is a new method combining traditional Chinese medicine with modern science. With this method, diagnosis of diseases, treatment, checking up of therapeutic effects and etc. can be provided. Skin potential instead of resistance was used as the paramenter. First, the potentials of 24 acupoints corresponding to the 12 Regular Channels on both sides were measured simultaneously. A chart of general equilibrium of the 24 acupoint potentials measured repeatedly was drawn automatically. Improvements were made in the measuring technique to eliminate the effects of electrode polarization and interferences from ECG R—wave and 50Hz AC. This method has been used in clinics. It was found that in 10 normal subjects the acupoint potentials were usually ranged from—10 to—50 my, the potential values at the symmetrical acupoints on both sides were almost identical and the general equilibrium was good, while in 30 hemiplegic subjects the potential in the hemiplegic region were rather different and even positive values occurred when the disease was serious and the general equilibrium was poor.
