摘要
为了从脑生物电中提取更多信息,以深入了解和认识超重条件下的脑功能。本研究用根据协同学原理而建立的脑波涨落图技术(ET-Encephalofluctuograph Technology),观察分析了2G头-盆向超重作用下的脑生物电ET指标变化。结果发现,在实验条件下兔脑一系列ET指标增强,脑功能进入新的活动水平,并建立了高活动背景上的平衡。认为在一定水平的超重作用下,脑内神经化学等活动趋向活跃,涉及神经介质、血管调节、情绪反应、下丘脑功能等多个方面。同时S2、S3选择性地增强,反映神经胶质细胞兴奋成分和正肾上腺素等介质进入积极活动,这与大脑代谢和兴奋水平的提高有关。所得结果为超重条件下的脑功能研究提供了新的资料。
An Encephalofluctuograph Technology (ET), which was developed on the basis of Synergetic principles, was applied in this study to abstract more information from EEG and to understand the brain function in a new aspect. The changes of ET parameters of the rabbit brain during +2 Gz stress was experimentally investigated. The results showed a significant intensification of a series of brain system. The brain as a whole was transitting into a new functional level and a new equilibrium was achieved on a highly activated background. It was considered that mainly the neurochemical,as well as other modulating systems in the brain were mobilized during the investigated +2 Gz stress, in which neurotransmitter activation, blood-vessel regulating mechanism, emotional and hypothalamic recation may be involved. The selective increase of S2 and S3 reflects the increased activity of excitatory components of neuroglia and neuro-mediaters as noradrenaline, which relate to intensified metabolism and general activation of the brain. Thus the obtained data previded some completely new informatiom in the study of the brain functions during hypergravity stress.
