摘要
经济增长的根本原因不是外生力量，而是经济体系的内生力量作用的产物。新增长理论推动了知识内生化的过程，促进了知识的载体——人力资本这种能产生递增收益的生产要素在经济中的作用。西部经济增长的支撑点主要在于人力资本。内生的“边干边学”机制在人力资本形成中有重要作用。
The basic reason of economic growth is not the external force,but the internal force of the economic system. The new growth theory promotes the course of knowledge internalization and the role of human capital-a productive factor which can create increasing profit. The main supporting force of the economic growth in the west of China is the human capital. The internal learning-by-doing system plays an important role in the formation of human capital.
