1984年12月南海断面调查温、盐资料和1975~1984年月平均重力势资料的分析结果表明:冬季黑湖南海分支在19°~20°N穿过118°E流向西南,到东沙群岛南部(18°N附近)分为两支,其主流继续流向西南:而支流转向东北流去,及至东沙群岛西南海域再次分为两股。主体继续流向东北,分支向西北粤西海域流去,冬季黑湖南海分支主体存在于海面下的次表层中,变性较小,其高温、高盐水可影响粤西海域。
The temperature and salinity data obtained from the section survey in the South China Sea in December 1984, and the monthly average geopotential height data from 1975 through 1984, are analysed. The results shows that the South China Sea Branch of Kuroshio during winter turns at about 19°-20°N, crossing 118°E in SW direction towards the south of Dongsha Islands (nearby 18°N), where it branches into two, with the major continuing in SW and the minor turning in NE to the southwest to the Dongsha Islands where it divides into two, with larger one keeping NE direction while the smaller one winding in NW into the sea areas off the western part of Guangdong Province. The results also reveal that the main body of the South China Sea Branch of Kuroshio, featuring small variability, flows within sublayer, and its high-temperature and high-salinity may have an influence upon the sea water off the western part of Guangdong.
