南沙群岛海区,具有盛行季风和受各种天气系统影响明显、高温高湿、常年多云、降雨量丰富、大风频繁、风向变化规律明显、辐射强烈、热量充沛、“长夏无冬”的气候特征。
The Nansha Islands sections are the only tropical and equatorial sections in our country. Its climatic features are monsoon winds which are obviously influenced by various weather systems; high temperature and humidity; peiennial cloudy; rich precipitation; frequent gale; obvious regular wind direction variety; intense radiation, and sufficient heat flux. It has no winter seasons but long summers.
