摘要
针对连接区常用的铺层比例[0/±45/90]=(50:40:10),选择3种常见的铺层顺序,综合研究铺层顺序对层合结构承载能力的影响。被研究的层合结构的承载能力包括光滑拉伸和压缩强度、圆孔拉伸和压缩强度、及螺栓连接强度。研究结果表明,各种方向铺层均匀散开铺叠的层合板,在多数情况下性能最优,承载能力最好;将90°层置于外表面的层合板,所试各种试件的承载能力都是最差的。±45°层成对铺贴则压缩强度较差。
The plies in a laminated structure can be stacked in more than one sequence throughout the thickness. The stacking sequence can have a significant influence on the carrying capacity of the laminated structure. In order to try and assess this effect on the basic of the past research at home and abroad, the synthetical study on the ef: eat of stacking sequence on the carrying capacity of the laminated structure was conducted the common layup of the jointing area, [0/±45/90] = (50:40:10), and the three ordinary sequence. The investigated carrying capacity included the unnotched tensile and compression strength,open-hole tensile and compression strength and bolted-joint strength.The results of test show that the homogeneous stacking laminate was the best in the carrying capacity in most case. For the layup placed 90° plies at the surface, the carrying capacity of all of the specimens was always lowest. For the layup which ±45° plies were grouped in a balanced pair, compression strength relatively poor.
