摘要
【目的】 初步探讨A6 2 0脑电生物反馈仪 (A6 2 0仪 )治疗慢性抽动障碍的疗效。 【方法】 应用A6 2 0仪对一组符合ICD 10诊断标准的慢性抽动障碍患儿进行平均 30次的脑电生物反馈治疗 (EEG治疗 ) ,并于治疗前、后随访 6～ 12个月时 ,分别用耶鲁全面抽动程度评定修订版 (YGTSS) ;CONNER父母量表 (CPRS R)和Achenbach量表 (CB CL)及韦氏C因子进行评定。 【结果】 发现经过 >2 0次EEG治疗抽动症状大多减少 ,且停止治疗症状不易反复 ;随访时患儿的CONNER和Achenbach量表分下降 ;韦氏C因子分提高。 【结论】 提示A6 2 0仪为慢性抽动障碍患儿减轻症状 。
Objective To investigate the results of the EEG Biofeedback Training for Tourette Syndrome(TS). Methods A group of Tourette Syndrome children diagnosed with ICD 10 were training by the instruments of A620.They received retests during,after training and one year follow up by the Yale Global Tic Severity Scale Modified(YGTSS),Conners Parent Rating Scale Revised(CPRS R)and WISC C. Results After training by A620 more than 20 times, the score of YGTSS, CBCL and CPRS R were decreased and the score of factor C of WISC CR was increased. Conclusions The instruments of A620 are the better one to improve the symptoms of TS,behavior problem and leaning disorder.
