摘要
目的建立荧光素酶的提取方法.方法饱和硫酸铵分步提取;亲和层析和离子交换层析纯化;聚丙烯酰胺凝胶电泳测分子量.结果得到分子量为79 ku的荧光素酶.结论建立了稳定、可靠的荧光素酶提取方法.
Objective?To study the method of extraction of fluorescein enzyme.Methods?To extract the fluorescein enzyme with saturated ammonium sulfate method,to purify the fluorescein enzyme with chromatography and to determine its moleculor weight with polyacrylamide gelelectrophoresis.Results?Getting the 79?ku fluorescein enzyme.Conclusion?Established the stable method of extraction of fluorescein enzyme.
