摘要
目的 :探讨综合疗法对退变性腰椎管狭窄症的疗效。方法 :对 33例退变性腰椎管狭窄症采用手法结合中药治疗 ,30天为 1疗程。结果 :治疗前后腰椎管狭窄症临床体征及症状有显著性差异 ( P<0 .0 1) ,治疗总有效率93.94%。结论
Objective:To explore synthetical therapy on degenerative lumber spinal stenosis(DLSS).Methods:33 cases of DLSS were treated with manuver therapy and herb decoction.Results:After 30 days therapy,there was significant difference in clinical symptoms and signs ( P <0.01),and general effective rate was 93.94%.Conclusion:Synthetical therapy was an effective treatment for DLSS.
