焊后热处理对38Cr2Mo2VA钢电阻点焊接头力学性能的影响

摘要 本文研究了38Cr2Mo2VA中温超高强度钢在焊态下、在焊机上回火以及焊后炉中回火三种状态的电阻点焊接头的力学性能。通过不同热处理状态下焊缝组织的分析以及对焊点受静载荷时的应力状态的分析表明,点焊接头的性能与焊后热处理有密切的关系,适当的焊后热处理能明显地提高电阻点焊接头的力学性能。 38Cr2Mo2VA steel is a ultrahigh strength steel used in intermediate temperature range. In this paper the mechanical properties of resistance spot welds in three heat treatment conditions were studied. They are single weld pulse, re-heating pulse in the resistance spot welding machine and post weld heat treatment in furnace. Analysis of the microstructure and the stress distribution under loading of weldment shows that the mechanical properties of the spot welds are closely relates to the post weld heat treatment conditions, and can be improved by suitable post heat treatment processes.
