摘要
简要介绍可靠性设计法在试验设备设计中的应用，并对某型号部件的试验结果进行了可靠性分析，获得了总体分布和有关参数。最后，用可靠性安全系数检验了该部件是否合格。
This paper brief introduces the method of reliability design is applied to design of test equip-ment. In addition, ananlysis of reliability have been made for experiment result of the assembly of some model. Overall distribution and concerned parameter have been obtainned. Last, whether the assembly is up to standard have been examined by safety factor of reliability.
