复合材料断裂的基体开裂模型

The Matrix Cracking Model of Researching the Failure Behaviors of Conposite

摘要 运用基体开裂模型对含有穿透裂纹的单向纤维复合材料进行了断裂分析,将理论预测结果和实验数据进行了比较。提出了决定裂纹前缘核心区域半径rc的定量公式以及确定材料临界应变能密度因子Sc的新方法。补充考虑了几个附加能量吸收过程,对应变能密度准则进行了开拓。实验试样的制备采用了预设裂纹的新方法。 The matrix cracking model is used to research the failure behaviors of unidirectional fiber/matrix composite with cracks in this paper.The theoretical results are compared with that from experi-ments.The guantitative formulas to determine the r. (being the radius of core region surrounding the crack tip) are given out.Also the new methods to determine the Sc (being the critical strain energy density factor) are presented too. The Sc -criterion is improved in this paper by means ofcomplementally consid-erating some addtional processes of absorbing energy. The experimental specimens are made by new method to embed the crack in composite in advance.
