摘要
目的 :高效液相色谱法测定金骨颗粒剂中仙茅苷的含量。方法 :本品以甲醇提取 ,提取物加水溶解后用醋酸乙酯萃取 ,萃取液进行高效液相色谱法分析。色谱柱AlltimaC1 8(5 μm ,4 6mm× 2 5 0mm) ,流动相为甲醇 -异丙醇 -水 (2 0∶5∶75 ) ,流速 :0 8mL·min- 1 ;柱温 :30℃ ;检测波长 :2 83nm。结果 :加样平均回收率为 98 6 8% ,RSD为 2 1% (n =5 )。结论 :实验结果表明 ,该法灵敏度高、专属性好、操作简便、重现性好。
Objective:An assay method was developed for the determination of curculigoside in Jingu granules by HPLC.Methods:The chromatographic conditions were as follows:column Alltima C 18(5 μm,46 mm×250 mm);the mobile phase methyl alcohol-isopropyl alcohol-water(20∶5∶75)and detection at 283 nm.The flow rate was 08 mL·min -1.Column temperature was at 30 ℃.Results:The average recovery was 9869%(RSD=21%,n=5).Conclusion:The results showed that the method is simple and accurate in the quality control of Jingu granules.
