摘要
目的 :探讨 Cyclin E在宫颈鳞状细胞癌中的表达及其与 HPV16感染的关系。方法 :应用免疫组化 S- P法对34例宫颈鳞状细胞癌组织进行 Cyclin E与 HPV16的检测 ,并与宫颈不典型增生和正常宫颈组织进行比较。结果 :正常宫颈组织无 Cyclin E表达 ,宫颈不典型增生组织仅有少量表达 (11.11% ) ,宫颈鳞状细胞癌有 5 8.5 2 %表达 (P<0 .0 0 1) ,且与 HPV16感染有明显相关性 (P<0 .0 5 )。结论 :高危 HPV感染是宫颈癌的重要病因 ,HPV感染通过多种途径改变了细胞的周期性调控 ,诱发细胞周期 GI- S期检测点异常 ,引起细胞恶性增生 ,HPV感染与 Cyclin E异常表达在宫颈癌的发生发展中起重要作用。
Objectives:To investigate the expression of cyclin E in squamous cervical carcinoma (SCC) and relationship to human papillomavirus (HPV) infection.Metheds:The 34 cases of squamous cervical carcinoma were studied.Immunohistochemical staining was done for cyclin E,HPV16E7.Results:58.52%(14/34) of SCC tissues possessed the expression of cyclin E and only 11.11%(2/18) of cervical atypical hyperplasia and none of normal squamous epithelia tissues enabled to express cyclin E.HPV16E7 was found in 15 cases of SCC(55.83%). Significant correlation was found between cyclin E and HPV16 infection.Conlusions:High risk HPV infection induced abnormal cell cycle regulatory mechanisms.HPV infection and abnormal expression of cyclin E may be important in the development of cervical carinoma.
