摘要
近年来 ,宫颈癌的术前介入治疗愈来愈受到重视。本文就术前介入治疗的临床意义、介入治疗的药物选择、化疗的疗程及间隔、疗效的评价以及介入加手术的远期效果等方面进行探讨。
The preoperative intra arterial chemotherapy of uterine cervical carcinoma has attracted more and more interest in recently years.The clinical significance,selection of drugs,coures of treatment,evaluation of therapeutic efficiency of the preoperative intra arterial infusion chemotherapy of uterine cervical carcinoma,and the long term therapeutic efficiency of the combination of preoperative intra arterial infusion chemotherapy with radical hysterectomy were reviewed and summarized.
