摘要
本文提出一种新的温度补偿恒流器件.器件采用串级JFET结构,得到了10^(-5)/℃量级的电流温度系数.
In this paper, a novel temperature-compensated constant current device with cascade JFET configuration has been proposed. A current temperature coefficient of the order of 10-5/℃ has been obtained.
