Wire feeder control system for MIG/MAG welding

摘要 对新研制的一种上升外特性送丝电机调速控制系统进行了理论分析和试验。理论分析结果表明:①该控制系统中,当电枢电流对控制系统输出电压的正反馈系数Ki与电枢电阻Rs相等时,送丝电机的转速不受负载力矩变化的影响,但此时系统极易不稳定及发生振荡。②为消除控制系统在Ki=Rs处及附近区域的不稳定或振荡,必须进行控制系统校正。本文给出了校正环节参数的选择原则。对使用该控制系统的送丝机进行的性能试验结果表明:与使用传统控制系统的送丝机相比,该送丝机的送丝性能优异。 In this paper, A newly developed wire feeder control system with upslope output characteristic has been discussed and tested.The test results showed that: ① If the amplifying coefficicnt, Ki, of positive feedback from armature current to the system output voltage is equal to the armature internal resistance, Rs, the rotating speed of wire feeding motor will be independent of the change of load.②Control system compcnsation must be carried out for eliminating the system unstabilily or oscillation at the point of Ki = Rs and in the region about Ki=Rs. The principle of choosing the parameters for the compensation device is given. The performance of wire feeder using this newly developed control system is much better than that using the convenlional one.
