采用钾变质剂改善铁-铬-碳堆焊合金性能 被引量:3

Improvement of properties of Fe-Cr-C hardfacing alloy with K-modifier

摘要 铁-铬-碳系堆焊合金是一种优顶耐磨材料,但韧性低、抗裂性差,不能承受强烈冲击。作者将钾合金引入药皮及药芯对堆焊金属进行变质处理取得显著效果,解决了工程实践中许多难题。钾合金的加入使试验成分合金的基体组织由隐针马氏体转变为奥氏体,且奥氏体显著硬化。根据奥氏体内铬浓度起伏、透射电镜分析及电子衍射花样标定,发现奥氏体中弥散分布的微细(Cr,Fe)_7C_3是变质奥氏体硬化的原因;其共晶碳化物呈碎块化、孤立化。从而解释了适量钾合金变质剂使铁-铬-碳耐磨堆焊合金韧性、抗裂性、低应力及凿削式冲击磨粒磨损耐磨性均显著提高的原因。 Fe-Cr-C alloy system is a kind of excellent hardfacing material, but for a long time the difficult problems of low toughness, high cracking liability and low ability lo withstand biller impact have not yet been solved. The aulhors found that by introducing proper amount of potassium (K) alloy into the coatings or cores to modify the hardfacing matels,the problems menlioned above can be effectively solved. This method worked well in engineering practice. The introduction of K-alloy changed the matrix micro-structures from martensite and austenite to hardened auslenite. As the fluctuation of Cr content in austenite, the TEM analysis and electron diffraction pattern revealed, the tiny dispersed hard phase of (Cr,Fe)_7C_3 was the cause of the modification austenite hardening. Moreover, K-alloy can break and isolate the shapes of eutectic. This is why the properties of the Fe-Cr-C hardfacing alloy was improved.
