农用运输车钢板弹簧的疲劳寿命试验 被引量:1

摘要 分析了农用运输车常用多片式钢板弹簧在加载、卸载过程中的不等刚度特性及其对试验负荷的影响,介绍了作者研制的具有对上述不等刚度特性补偿功能的双排推挽作用式电液伺服控制疲劳寿命试验台的原理与特点,并按相应的试验规范对全国数十家企业的钢板弹簧进行了考核试验,对试验结果进行了评析,得出了相应结论. The non-uniform stiffness characteristics of the leaf spring for more plate type of agricultural transporters in the course of loading and unloading and their effect on testing force are analysed. An electro- hydraulic servo control fatigue life testing machine with a push-pull function, which can compensate the non-uniform stiffness, has ben introduced and its working mechanism has been illustrated- Leaf springs from dozens of companies are experimentally tested on this machine based on corresponding testing standards and the testing results are analysed and conclusions are drawn.
