摘要
本文介绍了我们在微机图象处理系统上开发的海冰卫星遥感监测业务系统以及海冰多数提取的方法。核系统的功能包括卫星数字信号的实时采集、预处理、图象处理、定量数值处理以及形成多种形式的海冰遥感产品。三年来系统运行正常,获得了系统的海冰遥感资料,在海冰业务预报和数值预报试验中发挥了作用。
Outlined in this paper are the operational system for monitoring of sea ice and the technique of extraction of sea ice parameters from satellite remote sensing data. This system in based on a microcomputer image processing and possesses of following functions: real-time ingesting of satellite data, preprocessing, image analysis, quantitative calculation as well as generation of various remote sensing products of sea ice. The system has smoothly run for three years and played active role in operational forecasting and numerical prediction experiment.
