摘要
本文按对立统一规律原理,以1960～1970年历史天气图资料。对本年5～10月份影响我国和日本地区的台风,与前一年秋、冬、春季的寒潮关系分析,得出用本年10～12月,1,2和4月的寒潮日期,输送路径等因子,预报翌年5～7月,8,9和10月的台风发生期,路径登陆点和登陆日期范围。经7年来的预报服务检验,用户均认为准确率较高,对布署防台风,保障安全生产,减少经济损失等方面,有实用价值。
Based on the principle of the law of the unity of opposites and historical data from May through October in the years of 1960 to 1970, this paper analyses relations between typhoons which influence China, Japan, and their surroundings in current year and activities of cold waves in autumn, winter, and spring of the previous year, and presents a consequentmethod of predicting typhoon occurrence, their routes, landing points and landing dates during the intervals of May to July, August September and October of the next year by making use of the dates and routes of cold waves in the corresponding intervals of October to December, January,February and April of the current year. Through the operational forecasting services of seven vears, the method proves to be of high accurcy, hence is practical in typhoon protection for safe production.
