摘要
碳纤维增强塑料(CFRP)是碳纤维在当前应用的主要形式之一。实用要求CFRP层间剪切强度(ILSS)的下限值为7SMPa,未经表面处理的碳纤维的ILSS仅在50~60MPa之间,经表面处理后,可提高到80MPa以上,充分满足使用要求。除此之外,ILSS还与纤维含量、孔隙率和基体树脂性能等有关。
Carbon fibers reinforced plastics composites(CFRP)made from carbon fibers and matrix resin is amain form of utilization of carbon fibers. Practically the lowest limit value of interlaminar shear strength(ILSS)of CFRP needs 75MPa,but that of untreated carbon fibers is 50~ 65MPa,less than the lowestlimit value of ILSS of CFRP. After surface treated of carbon fibers,the value of ILSS of CFRP is greaterthan 80MP3, which meets the need of utilization of CFRP. Thus,the surface treatment of carbon fibers isa necessary and important procedure in the production line of carbon fibers.
