摘要
本文介绍了一种调压开关的微机检测方法,通过分析调压开关的结构及工作原理,寻找出一条通过微机检测调压开关简单实用的路径,为了保证精度在0.5度以上,作者在消除机械振动,电磁波干扰及解决齿轮传动中间隙角位移误差,从硬件软件上采用了一系列的措施.整个系统通过运行实践证明是正确和可靠的.
A microprocessor detecting method for the switch cf the adjusting voltage has given in this paper. Through analysing the function and structure of the switch, the paper proposes the method of elininaling machinical vibration, electromagnetic interferences arid gear wheel drive error in the detecting.The measures are adopled in the electrocircuit and software of the detecting system. Having detected the switch in the locomotive, the system is proved for reliability and result precission.
